With the start of the new year, the Withiii Leadership Center officially launches its operations under the leadership of its founder Jim Ferrell, longtime managing partner of the world-renowned Arbinger Institute. As Ferrell’s second venture in the leadership development and personal transformation industry, Withiii sets out to revolutionize the way we think about human interaction, leadership, and collaboration. Designed for and focused on the changing world of technological disruption and the transformation of human work, the company aims to provide solutions to organizational and societal divisions and separations.
